Brigadier Prashant Halgeri ( Indian Army Veteran)

• Brig Prashant Halgeri (Veteran) with over 36 years of successful tenure in the Indian Army was involved in providing strategic and operational leadership all over the country and abroad with his last assignment as Director Education in HQ TASA. His important assignments were in J&K for eight years, North East for five years, Deserts for three years, in instructional and teaching capacity for eight years and balance in many other operational areas.
• He is a Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in implementing, training/capacity building programs in domains of HR management, security and operational readiness from cadets to mid/high level military leaders.
• He is qualified on tactics, weapons and technology with extensive experience in use, maintenance and exploitation of the same in various terrains and operational environment. His diverse academic qualifications are from being a Commerce graduate to MSc, MPhil in Defence and Strategic Studies to an MBA as recently in 2020.
• A military commander with experience in several conflicts zones including UN assignments under chapter VI and VII in DRC with thousands of rebels all around. He has led high performance teams and diverse workforce and handled interaction with government, civil organizations, NGOs and managed planning, budgeting, implementation, resource management and supply chain operations, monitoring allocated funds and evaluation for complex country wide programs, ensuring deadlines and goals are achieved in most optimum manner.
